By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

ANI GIFTZ operates an online store offering personalized gifts, customized photo products, decorative gifts, and other gifting products.

Throughout these terms, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to ANI GIFTZ. The words "you" and "your" refer to customers and visitors who use our website.

These terms apply to your use of our online store, purchases, and related services, subject to applicable laws.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a purchase transaction under applicable law.

If you are placing an order on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

3. Products and Product Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, and specifications on our website.

However, minor variations in colour, appearance, or presentation may occur due to screen settings, lighting, materials, or the nature of the product.

Product dimensions, features, materials, and customization options may vary by product. Please review the individual product listing carefully before ordering.

If a product is materially different from its description or does not meet applicable legal requirements, your rights under applicable law will remain unaffected.

4. Personalized and Customized Products

Many ANI GIFTZ products are made using customer-provided photos, names, dates, messages, and other personalization details.

By placing a customized order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate photos, names, spelling, dates, and customization instructions.
• Review the details you submit carefully before confirming your order.
• Ensure that you have permission to use any photographs, images, or other content you provide.
• Understand that production may begin after your customization details have been confirmed.

ANI GIFTZ is not responsible for customization errors resulting directly from incorrect details supplied or approved by the customer. However, this does not exclude responsibility for errors attributable to ANI GIFTZ or any remedies available under applicable law.

Once production has begun, changes to photos, names, dates, or designs may not be possible. Additional charges may apply if a new design or different photo is requested and we agree to make the change.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes a purchase request.

We reserve the right to review orders and contact customers if information is incomplete, a customization detail requires clarification, or a genuine technical or pricing error occurs.

An order may be declined or cancelled where legally permitted, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or an error that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be arranged in accordance with applicable law.

We will communicate material changes or cancellations to the customer using the contact details provided with the order.

6. Pricing and Payments

All product prices and applicable charges will be displayed on our website at checkout.

Prices, promotional offers, and product availability may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect an order already accepted, except where a correction or adjustment is legally permitted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the order total, shipping charges, and other applicable fees before completing payment.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider's terms and security procedures.

We do not intentionally store complete payment card details on our own systems.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe communicated on our website or during the order process.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production requirements, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details and a reachable contact number. Additional delivery attempts or address corrections may cause delays or additional charges.

If an order is delayed, lost, or otherwise affected during delivery, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist.

Nothing in this section excludes any delivery obligations or consumer remedies required by applicable law.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at anigiftz.in@gmail.com or through WhatsApp at 63804 55880.

Cancellation may be possible before customization or production begins.

Once a personalized product has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product is being prepared specifically for you, except where cancellation or a refund is required under applicable law.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Our personalized products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect customization details supplied or approved by the customer.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly customized due to an error on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims will be reviewed fairly, and applicable consumer rights and remedies will be respected.

10. Unboxing Video for Damage Claims

We strongly require customers to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video when opening a delivered package.

The video should begin before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label, packaging, product, and any visible damage or defect.

For LED lamps and other electrical products, customers should continue recording while testing the product's functionality, where safe and appropriate.

Please submit the original video, clear photos, and order number through our official WhatsApp support at 63804 55880 within 48 hours of delivery.

A suitable unboxing video is important for verifying damage claims. If a video is unavailable, please contact us with any other evidence you may have. Claims will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

11. Customer Content and Intellectual Property

Customers retain responsibility for the photos, images, text, and other content they submit for personalization.

By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have the necessary permission to use it for your order.

You authorize ANI GIFTZ and the relevant production or delivery partners to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce, deliver, and support your order, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your personal photographs merely because you submit them for customization.

Our website design, branding, logos, original product descriptions, and other materials owned by ANI GIFTZ may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and process personal information to manage orders, personalize products, arrange deliveries, communicate with customers, and operate our business.

By using our store, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services

Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
